Trust, security & operational control

Designed for reviewable, accountable operations.

Audarra is designed to make responsibility, status, evidence and material decisions visible. Published controls are limited to those supported by the product scope; certification, hosting and service-level claims require separate written evidence.

01

Tenant-aware boundaries

Merchant workspaces, configuration, users and operational records are scoped by tenant within the product model.

02

Clear role separation

Platform governance, tenant configuration, live operations and customer self-service have distinct responsibilities.

03

Reviewable material actions

Review-heavy workflows keep decisions, notes, evidence and status changes visible in operational context.

04

Approval & release gates

Controlled workflows support prerequisites and authorised progression for funding and settlement handling.

05

Visible holds & unresolved items

Exceptions can remain held and traceable instead of being hidden inside a generic transfer status.

06

Evidence & operational history

Record context supports a clearer account of who reviewed or changed material work and why.

Brochure-site data boundary

A deliberately small public data footprint.

The brochure website is isolated from Audarra’s operational systems and does not call identity, KYC, transfer, bank or portal APIs. The walkthrough form asks only for business contact and qualification information.

  • No customer transaction or identity document uploads
  • No operational API or database integration at launch
  • No advertising or behavioural trackers by default
  • Server-side form validation with spam and rate controls
  • Environment-specific canonical and indexing controls

Operational software—not a transfer provider or compliance authority.

Audarra supports configurable operational workflows. Each merchant remains responsible for its licensing, customer due diligence, sanctions and AML obligations, policy decisions, regulatory compliance and lawful movement of money.
